I am a Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, and Certified Professional Life Coach, located in Branson, Missouri.
Very early in my career as a physical therapist, I specialized in the John F. Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release Therapy (JFB MFR), specifically for pain release and women's health issues.
• Expert-Level JFB MFR therapist - Over 400 hours of training from John F Barnes, PT, LMT
• Assisting JFB MFR Seminars (Assistant Instructor)
• Certified Professional Coach
• Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner
• Certified MFR yoga practitioner
I am married to a wonderfully supportive husband. I have two incredible adult daughters and a sweet pup named Macie. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, dancing, live entertainment and cuddling my pooch!
As a physical therapist newly trained in the John F. Barnes approach to myofascial release and having suffered debilitating headaches and back pain for 10 years, I sought help at John’s Myofascial Treatment Center in Sedona, AZ. After experiencing relief from chronic headaches and back pain, I became passionate about sharing this with others. While training to be a life coach, I began exploring my belief systems, thoughts, and emotions--and how these were contributing to my unhappiness, unfulfillment, and pain. Becoming aware of how I was showing up in the world, learning acceptance, and being at conscious choice is key to experiencing fulfillment in all areas of my life!
I've added Faster Way To Fat Loss® - a whole food nutrition program paired with daily workouts, intermittent fasting and carb cycling. Combining this with MFR self-treatment has me in the best shape of my life!
I lost inches, sleep better, and have more energy and less pain!
I am a Faster Way to Fat Loss® Affiliate and happy to discuss if this program would be a benefit to your overall health and well-being.
My mom calls me a designer breed, but in reality I’m a mutt! Shhhh, don’t tell her or she might not feed me organic food or let me sleep on her pillow at night. 😊 I’m a mix of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon Frise. Whew! That’s a lot of words for a small dog like me! They call me a Cavachon, for short. Sometimes, I think I’m a cat and sit on the end table by the window to look outside. Mom calls me “The Sock Caper” because I like to steal socks and put them in my toy box. I love going for walks, belly rubs and going to work with my mom. With the soft lighting and music on while she works, I get so relaxed that I fall asleep under the table.
I look forward to meeting you in person!
